June 19, 2010

3 and a half months and 2000 views on the blog.  NICE!!!  (has it really been that long already?)

Thanks for the support.  Thanks for the comments.

Lots of exciting posts planned for the next couple weeks.

Right now, I’m just seeing off a few friends from Tel Aviv.  Next week, Oranim takes us to the Golan Heights for 2 days and on Friday I leave for Greece!  Athens, Santorini, Ios, and Crete in 8 days!

Pictures to follow.

For the time being, don’t forget fathers day!  Happy Fathers Day (tomorrow), Dad!

so, can’t help but see our similarities – i left israel following my first big trip there and landed in athens. but i couldnt afford any big cities and went on a train immediately to (where was that?) cause i met up with some young people like me who were all getting together to stay at a hostel on a beach. watch out for those restaurants where they hit you over the head with a plate and call it entertainment. have a great time – i recommend malibu rum on the beach. and mopeds – but not together. xoxox

      Justin… be forwarned.

I think Leah’s experience with Malibu Rum and Mopeds had something to do with pregnancies…. or am I mixing that up with Leah & Mark’s trip to the Carribean????

As always, the adventures sound fantastic!
As always, I am thrilled for the wonderful experiences you are having!
As always, stay safe and have fun!

      And as always,
I miss you and love you!!!

It is safe to say that I did not get hit over the head with any plates, cups, sporks, forks, spoons, or other items commonly found on tables!

as for malibu on the beach- i bought a bottle of a local grown rouge wine with a friend and we drank that. very good and only 4 dollars too!

      Love ya!!!!!!!

3 1/2 months; 2000 views and one birthday! Figuring that Just will be too busy to post for a bit – thought I’d go public with what everyone knows – Happy Birthday today Justin – we send you much hugs from afar. Only fitting for such an adventurer and gentle soul that the Dalai Lama would share your birthday as well. Here’s to an awesome year ahead! Love ‘n hugs, Auntee Sandee
